I’m a freak for all kinds of salsas. I’ve got to share with you one such refreshing recipe that my bestie and me came up with this summer.
I ’m a freak for all kind of salsas . I have no idea how many salsa fans are actually out there , but I ’m guessing that if I started a salsa Facebook page or Instagram that I ’d have 500 follower by this afternoon . Just sayin ’ that I do n’t call up that I ’m the only one .
I do n’t just love how salsas taste , I also fuck how theylook . I love how they can give the most characterless piece of solid food insistent course — just by sit there casually on top . But , yeah , I mostly love how they taste .
I ’ve got to portion out with you one such bracing formula that my bestie and me come up with this summertime . If the following ingredient are n’t loitering about your garden this twelvemonth , no problemo .

Head straight off to your local farmer ’s market and get the freshest element that you’re able to . This means that ideally the corn would have been picked off the stalktoday . Do the best that you may .
Corn & Avocado Salsa Ingredients:
Pro Tip : If you have a admirer over , then I suggest doubling the element .
This is so easy to toss together because you literally put all the ingredients ( except the avocados ) into a pipe bowl and then — toss it all together . Do n’t draw a blank to get a little personal with it ( salsas are very exonerative ) . For model , if youhatecilantro ; by all means forget out the cilantro . If youlivefor garlic , flip in some moregarlic .
After I ’ve blended the invigorated component really well , the only step that I ( usually ) do n’t cut is to let the entire multicolored crew attend out together ( overcompensate ) for an hour or two in the electric refrigerator . Salsa smack great no matter when you corrode it , but letting the flavors ooze into one another before serving add together some magic to the flavor .

If you ’ve gotten this far into the formula then you have to be wonder “ When is she going to add the diced avocado ? ” I summate it now . I toss it into the bowl just before serve so that it stays firsm , sweet - and - putting green - looking .
add your summertime edible corn and avocado salsa to a summertime BBQ with homemade flour tortilla chips and youwillbe invited back . Promise .
