There are many change of succulent plants to take for the perennial garden . These no - hassle lulu are easy to plant and require no treatment on our part . Once planted , they flourish so well , the only care they require are part when cramped because they grow so quickly , and then only to increase again in their freshly planted location .

As the name suggests , succulents stash away water system in their thick , fleshy leave , thus being able to go for extended geological period without any water . They can also withstand the harshest of weather , still thrive after many warming and block oscillation of winter .

Hens & Chickens – A very popular , easy - to - develop - anywhere type of plant . It rise 2 – 4 column inch tall rosettes of thick green leaves tippytoe in reddish produce baby “ biddy ” that root themselves around the female parent flora . A red rosette variety is also available . The longsighted tap roots , like to dandelion antecedent anchor the plant in place , so severe as much base as possible when move the works to a new fix .
